Managing Your Self-Order Kiosk Through Jumbilin

To update your Self Order Kiosk Welcome Page Screen graphic, navigate to “Kiosks” then “Manage Kiosk” and upload the images for the Kiosk using the most recent dimensions that can be requested from the Reddie team.

If you need to change the sequence of Kiosk menu items this needs to be done by navigating to “Manage Items” under “Kiosks”. Look for the particular menu item you would like to adjust, click on “View Items” then select the the drop-down list under “Sequence”. Choose what number the selected menu item should appear in the sequence and then click “Publish Updates”.

Manage categories and menu items by navigating to “Manage Items” in the “Kiosk” menu and then clicking on “View Items” on the relevant subcategory. Please note that the same can be done for menu categories by heading to “Manage Categories” in the “Kiosk” menu.

In this section click on “Edit” beside the name of the menu item. You’ll be able to change the price of menu items, add a description of the menu item, and decide if you’d like to temporarily hide them from the kiosk. After you’ve made your changes click on “Publish Updates” to save your changes.

You can also add an image of the menu item in either the “Manage Categories” or “Manage Items” section. To do so:

1. Select the “Edit” button.

2. Select “Choose File” under “Select Image”.

3. Choose the image you would like to upload, and then select “Open”.

4. Once the image is uploaded, hit the “Update” button.

You can also view all the orders that were placed through the Kiosk, as well as to search for specific orders by date, order ID and even the connected kiosk sequence (if more than one self-order kiosks are connected to the portal). To do so:

1.Select “Order History” under the ‘Kiosk’ dropdown menu.

2. Selecting “Order History” brings you to the following interface where you can view all the orders taken through the connected kiosk and can search for a specific order.

You can also suggest particular menu items to customers by going to the “Recommended Items” section in the “Kiosk” dropdown menu.

Then, fill in each space and select “Assign Item“. You can view all the items you’ve assigned as a recommended item in the “Items” section on the interface below. You can also search for a specific recommended item by using the search bar.

You can set a schedule for the kiosk to be on display at specific times and on specific days. To do so:

1.Head to the “Kiosk Schedule“.

Kiosk Users” is where you can find all the self-order kiosks that are connected to the Jumbilin website.
