Introduction to the Jumbilin Dashboard

The Jumbilin Portal is an extremely versatile tool. Before going into specific settings and configurations, though, we’d like to give you a brief overview of the functions and features provided by Jumbilin’s Portal and kiosk devices. These functions will be explained in more detail in other articles; however, this article intends to give you a brief introduction to the first thing you’ll see when signing in to your Jumbiln Portal: the Dashboard. 

Signing In

1. Go to https://jumbilin.com/ and click on “Login”

2. Enter your Email and Default Password that was emailed to you (password can be changed in “Manage Profile” tab)

You are now logged into your account.

Once you’ve signed in, you’ll find yourself on the Jumbilin dashboard. The dashboard has the most common features of the Jumbilin Portal, gathering them all into a single convenient location to make it as easy as possible to manage your business. 

Sales Summary

The Sales Summary panel provides you with a brief overview of sales data for a selected time period (Default: One day).

Syncing POS

The dashboard is also where you can sync any updates and changes made on the portal to both the POS system. To do so:

  1. Select the “POS Sync” button

 

The following interface will appear while the system syncs to the POS terminal.

Filtering Orders/ Transactions

On the portal, we can also see all the transactions that were placed on the day, under the “Today’s Transactions” panel on the dashboard. Furthermore, we can search for specific orders based on where the order was purchased (Kiosk or POS). To do so:

  1. Head to the “Filters” section of the Dashboard, and select the place where the order was taken by choosing the “Order Type”.

After selecting the order type, search for the item by user name or order ID in the search bar, then select search. 

Afterwhich, you will be able to view the order you had searched for.
